We use external stitching to enhance overall driving comfort and tactile feel. Compared to traditional internal stitching, external seams help reduce internal friction between the fingers and stitching areas during extended driving sessions.
In high-intensity karting environments that involve continuous steering input, this construction supports a smoother feel and improved comfort consistency. By positioning seams on the outside of the glove, the design allows for natural hand movement and a more direct connection with the steering wheel.
The stitching layout is carefully engineered to maintain a precise fit and clean appearance without compromising durability, reflecting our focus on long-session driving comfort and control.
Fabric Selection
We selected a dual-layer fabric structure to balance breathability, flexibility, and comfort. The outer layer uses high-stretch, breathable nylon to promote airflow and maintain a lightweight feel in demanding driving conditions.
The inner layer combines cotton with Spandex to enhance moisture management and flexibility, allowing the glove to fit naturally around the hand while maintaining consistent steering feel throughout extended use.
Finger Tip Design (Distal Phalanges): The distal phalanges of the thumb and index finger are equipped with anti-slip conductive rubber, ensuring smooth operation of touchscreen devices without compromising grip. This is particularly beneficial for making adjustments in simulators or managing lap timers during a race. The remaining three fingertips are coated with anti-slip silicone to further enhance grip stability.
Finger Joint Support (Proximal and Middle Phalanges Joint): The joints between the proximal and middle phalanges feature our brand’s logo and are ergonomically shaped to maintain comfort during finger flexion and steering input. This area also includes anti-slip properties to ensure a firmer grip on the steering wheel during races.
Metacarpophalangeal Joint Anti-Slip Design (Metacarpophalangeal Joint Area): Our GRIPMAX technology is applied to the metacarpophalangeal joint area, where dotted anti-slip materials ensure a strong grip even in wet conditions, allowing the palm to maintain control of the steering wheel in slippery environments.
Ergonomic Palm Comfort Zones (Palm and Palmar Aponeurosis Area): The highlighted palm zones are ergonomically shaped to follow the natural motion of the hand during steering input. This design enhances grip consistency and long-session comfort by reducing localized friction during repeated movements, helping drivers maintain a steady feel throughout extended driving sessions.
Thenar Area Triple-Layer Anti-Slip Design (Hypothenar Eminence): The hypothenar region (small thenar area) is designed with a triple-layer anti-slip system, enhancing both ergonomic effectiveness and the glove's overall visual appeal.
Thumb Anti-Slip (Thenar Muscle Area): The thenar muscle area, near the base of the thumb, also utilizes GRIPMAX technology, ensuring exceptional grip under all conditions and preventing slippage during intense races.
Comprehensive Heat Dissipation Design: The gaps between the fingers, the palm itself, and the thenar region are all specifically designed to optimize heat dissipation. This ensures that the hands remain cool and comfortable during extended use, no matter where pressure is applied.
